Do you think atheists should be allowed to operate technology?

I just feel really unsafe when I know that an atheist buys a computer, or a cell phone. Worst case scenario, they have me thinking they'll blow up a building or cause computer viruses which result in chaos. Do any other Christians share this premonition from the Holy Spirit?
