Has any one ever had any problem wit a Co. called Readers club?

They keep sending us Mag and charging us for them (we have know Idea how hey got our card #) and they keep calling us they called today and I don't know why my mom told them that she didn't order them and she want to cancel but the person on the phone said he didn't have authority to cancel so she got mad and hing up so whats up with this?
