I forgot the name of this movie, what is it?

Ok so its about this teacher and her husband who in the beginning get into a car accident and the husband is pretty messed up, so they took him to a hospital but the wife couldn't find him in the hospital. So this strange little girl who she teaches helps her out by showing her some strange pictures? i think and then she goes to the real hospital which is closed and in ruins. And there she finds herself trapped and being haunted by ghost and by her father who died when she was younger. Her father told her to pull the plug when he was in the hospital and she pulled it and killed him. So she was looking for her husband and there he was being operated by dead doctors who were reliving the day before they died. And they died by the hospital being on fire but when she gets her husband out the hospital it turns out it was a test for her and in the end it was the woman who got badly hurt during the car accident and i think she ends up dying. And its not Premonition.
