What can I buy over the counter to treat my cat's mange?

I know that I need to take him to the vet, but I wont have money to take him for at least 2 weeks and I am very distraught over this. Please help me! Im practically in tears right now. He has it on his neck and face. Is there a shampoo or anything that I can buy from walmart or Petco?!?!
